How It All Started

Growing up, I was always drawn to cars, but I wasn’t sure where my path would lead. After working in multiple collision repair and auto body shops, I realized my true passion—helping people restore their vehicles to perfection. At just 21 years old, I took a leap of faith and opened Martinez Auto Care.

With a baby on the way, I was more determined than ever to build something lasting. I juggled two jobs—working as a professional auto painter while managing my new business. But I knew I couldn’t do it alone. That’s when I partnered with Jose, a skilled technician I met at another shop. Together, we quit our jobs to focus 100% on growing Martinez Auto Care.

As the business grew, my wife Helen joined me in the journey, bringing her dedication, hard work, and business expertise to help expand our services and improve our operations. Together, we built a shop that isn’t just about repairing cars—it’s about taking care of our customers like family.

Fast forward 15 years, and what started as a small shop has expanded into a 15,000+ SQ FT state-of-the-art auto body repair facility. Today, our family-owned business continues to provide top-notch collision repair, dent removal, frame straightening, custom paint jobs, and more.
